The Sales Associate - Home provides exceptional customer service on the sales floor specializing in home merchandise at the Huntington location. Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with product selection, styling, and recommendations for home merchandise.
• Drive sales and achieve individual and department sales targets through proactive selling.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, replenish stock, and ensure floor presentation is impeccable.
• Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately and handle POS operations.
• Support inventory activities, receiving, and floor moves as needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic cash handling and POS experience preferred.
