Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, assess needs, and recommend appropriate product selections and styling options.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals through proactive selling, clienteling, and follow-up.
• Maintain visual presentation standards, organize merchandise, and ensure fitting rooms and displays are tidy.
• Process transactions accurately, handle returns/exchanges per store policy, and assist with inventory activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail or sales experience, preferably in women's apparel or department store environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by store schedule.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and carry or move merchandise as needed.
