Sales Associate - Home - Huntington

Summary

Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales in the Home department at the store. Engage guests, build client relationships, and ensure an elevated shopping experience while achieving individual and team sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection, styling, and room planning for Home merchandise.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team performance.
• Operate POS, process transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately.
• Maintain visual presentation, restock merchandise, and keep the sales floor organized.

Requirements

• 3+ years of retail or customer-facing experience, preferably in Home or specialty departments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs; basic cash handling and POS experience.
