Summary

Drive sales and provide exceptional customer service on the women's shoe floor. Use product knowledge and strong interpersonal skills to build client relationships, meet commission goals, and deliver a curated shopping experience. Maintain merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor is well stocked and visually appealing.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to understand needs and recommend appropriate footwear and accessories.
• Achieve individual sales and commission targets through proactive selling and clienteling.
• Process transactions, handle returns, and maintain accurate POS operations.
• Maintain visual merchandising and inventory levels on the sales floor.
• Participate in team meetings and support promotions and events.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail or sales experience, preferably in women's shoes or apparel.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Aptitude for meeting sales goals and working on commission.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent; professional presentation and positive attitude.
