Summary

Provides a personalized, customer-first shopping experience on the sales floor, supporting store performance and brand presentation. This entry-level retail role focuses on driving sales, styling customers, and maintaining store standards while contributing to team goals and development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and a personalized shopping experience.
• Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs and utilize tools to drive performance.
• Support fitting room service, sizing assistance, and maintain store standards on the sales floor and back of house.
• Complete opening and closing duties and assist with visual standards and floor sets.
• Support replenishment and operational activities and participate in company trainings.

Requirements

• Retail or similar high-volume environment experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for multiple hours and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfort operating a register and performing merchandising and replenishment tasks.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel.
