Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement.
• Provide a consistent, on-brand customer experience and represent store vision.
• Utilize omnichannel tools and alternative purchase methods such as Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, and Ship to Home.
• Participate in team training and support company initiatives to execute business results.
• Maintain sales floor standards and merchandising; support product discovery via QR codes and digital catalogs.
• Network to build clientele and provide feedback to management on opportunities.

Requirements

• Retail or related industry experience preferred in a high-volume or specialty environment.
• Strong customer communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to stand, walk, and operate the register for multiple hours; maneuver around the sales floor and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and potential travel or overnight shifts as required.
