The Brand Ambassador delivers a personalized, inspiring shopping experience while contributing to store sales and performance goals. This customer-focused role supports customers through product knowledge, styling guidance, and attentive service.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and help customers with product selection, sizing, and fitting rooms.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and customer engagement goals, and contribute to store sales plans.
• Maintain sales floor, fitting room, and back-of-house standards, including visual presentation, replenishment, and opening or closing tasks.
• Collaborate with colleagues, participate in training, and share customer and product feedback with management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
