Brand Ambassador

Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassadors provide a personalized, inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations while supporting daily sales goals. This entry-level retail role champions brand values, supports store initiatives, and leverages in-store technology and alternative purchasing processes to drive business.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement.
• Deliver a consistent, on-brand customer experience and support store vision and initiatives.
• Utilize More Ways To Shop and in-store technology (Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home) to facilitate sales.
• Engage in training, team collaboration, and networking to build clientele.
• Provide feedback to management on customer experiences and category opportunities.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times.

Requirements

• Retail or similar high-volume specialty experience preferred.
• Strong customer communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to stand, walk and move around the sales floor for extended periods and operate the register.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., climb moderately and work around cleaning chemicals as needed.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and occasional overnight shifts or travel.
