Summary

Seasonal Personal Stylist Support provides in-store assistance to salespeople and delivers outstanding customer service during peak periods. The role prepares fitting rooms, supports the selling process, and helps maintain merchandising and stock. This is a physically active position requiring frequent movement and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Support sales associates in all aspects of the selling process and customer interactions
• Set up customer fitting rooms with merchandise selected by the salesperson
• Perform daily department maintenance including stock work, re-merchandising, displays, price markdowns, merchandise transfers, and light cleaning
• Support team goals and build positive relationships with customers and coworkers

Requirements

• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and follow-through skills
• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers and coworkers and to handle customer concerns proactively
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment
• Physically able to continuously move for 6-8 hours, frequently bend, reach, and lift items up to 25 pounds
