Summary

The Personal Stylist Support for Men's Apparel provides in-store assistance to salespeople and customers, delivering outstanding customer service and supporting the selling process. This role prepares fitting rooms, maintains department standards, and assists with merchandise handling and merchandising tasks. Responsibilities

• Support salespeople in all aspects of the selling process and assist customers on the sales floor
• Set up customer fitting rooms with merchandise selected by sales staff
• Perform daily department maintenance: stock work, re-merchandising, displays, price markdowns, merchandise transfers, and light cleaning
• Support team goals and build positive relationships with customers and coworkers
• Handle customer concerns proactively and prioritize multiple tasks
• Move and position merchandise, including handling bulky items and lifting up to 25 pounds
