Brand Ambassador

Summary

Provide a personalized, customer-first shopping experience on the sales floor, supporting brand standards and sales performance. This entry-level retail role supports store operations, visual presentation, and customer engagement while serving as a pathway to leadership. Teamwork, curiosity, and a passion for fashion and styling are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized styling to exceed customer expectations.
• Meet or exceed individual KPIs (SPH, data capture) and utilize tools to drive performance.
• Operate the register, assist in fitting rooms with sizing, and maintain store standards on the sales floor and BOH.
• Support operational tasks including floor sets, replenishment (ISOS), opening and closing procedures, and visual merchandising.
• Connect customers to loyalty programs and educate them on brand initiatives and offerings.
• Participate in company trainings and provide product and category feedback to management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred; strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand, move, walk for multiple hours and operate a register.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, climb moderately, and maneuver around sales floor, stock, and dressing room areas.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel as required.
