Part-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations. This role supports store initiatives, participates in team training, and helps drive sales through customer engagement and use of retail technology. Responsibilities
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement
- Support company and store initiatives and participate in team training
- Utilize retail technology and alternative purchasing processes to support sales
- Represent and deliver consistent brand aligned customer experiences
- Engage in networking to build and maintain a clientele
- Provide feedback to management on successes, opportunities, and category needs
- Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times
- Support collaborative team environment and champion core company values
Requirements
- Retail or similar high-volume specialty environment experience preferred
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
- Ability to operate register and remain standing and walking for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and possible travel
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and coworkers
- Comfort using digital tools such as QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual stores
