Brand Associate

Summary

Brand Associates provide a personalized, inspiring shopping experience and help achieve store sales objectives. The role involves customer service, product knowledge, styling, and maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and support a customer-first shopping experience.
• Meet or exceed individual sales performance objectives and contribute to store sales plans.
• Assist customers with styling, product information, fitting room needs, and available programs.
• Maintain sales floor and back-of-house standards, including visual presentation, replenishment, and opening and closing tasks.
• Participate in training, share product feedback, and collaborate with the team.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
