Client Advisor

Summary

The Client Advisor represents Vhernier and delivers an exceptional luxury client experience while achieving sales targets. The role develops lasting client relationships through product knowledge, storytelling, and effective clienteling, while supporting daily boutique operations.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets and provide welcoming, personalized service, including after-sales support.
• Build and maintain client relationships, capture client information, follow up, and use CRM tools effectively.
• Support client appointments, inquiries, special requests, and boutique and off-site events.
• Assist with boutique setup, inventory counts, audits, maintenance communication, and visual standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma; college degree preferred.
• Luxury retail or hospitality experience preferred, with a strong understanding of luxury service.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with logistics and operations; collaborative, self-starting approach.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and ability to stand for extended periods.
