Brand Experience Coordinator

As a Brand Experience Coordinator at Cartier in New York, you will be responsible for managing the administrative and operational functions of the Brand Experience business. This role involves overseeing logistics, inventory control, and vendor communications, while providing strategic support on various projects.

• Manage booking, set-up, and invoicing of vendors.
• Maintain and update internal invoicing records and gift ordering platforms.
• Fulfill branded gift orders for Cartier North America POS, corporate office, and retail partners.
• Oversee gift stock movements and coordinate with Transportation/Warehouse teams.
• Develop and format presentations and reports.
• Assist in vendor research and sample closet organization.
• Collect and maintain feedback from activations and tools.
• Provide administrative support including ordering samples and office supplies.
• Support the Brand Experience team in gifting development and strategy.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 2-3 years of experience in an excel-focused or merchandising role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Vendor-relation or procurement experience is a plus.
• Interest in the luxury industry, specifically in Brand Experience and Client Treatment.
• Ability to adapt and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative approach with a positive attitude.
