Summary
The Brand Image Specialist supports visual merchandising, mannequin styling, and window installations across Florida, Charlotte, and the DC Metro stores. This role ensures flawless execution of design and merchandising initiatives that reflect the brand aesthetic and business goals. The specialist partners with store teams, provides training, and helps plan and execute seasonal changeovers and marketing events.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute creative floor moves, seasonal changeovers, marketing events, and store visits with Brand Image leadership and Visual Merchandising teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless execution of floor sets, corporate initiatives, and global directives.
- Conduct daily walk-throughs in Miami stores to maintain creative elements and place newly received product.
- Maintain communication with store management and sales teams to prepare and execute changeovers, providing timely remote direction and feedback.
- Train and educate sales associates on visual standards and daily maintenance practices.
Requirements
- Visual merchandising experience with the ability to balance maintenance and installations on a rolling calendar.
- Flexibility to perform installations outside standard hours, including evenings, early mornings, weekends, and travel.
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage punch lists, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and general computer proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Deep appreciation for and understanding of the brand aesthetic, heritage, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.
