VM Specialist - Miami Design District

Summary

The VM Specialist is responsible for executing and maintaining visual presentation direction and standards within the boutique, working closely with corporate and in-store teams. The role implements window and floor changes, supports store openings and special events, and ensures merchandising aligns with product launches and sell‑through. The specialist partners with boutique teams to train and uphold Dior visual standards and documents installations for corporate approval.

Responsibilities

• Maintain visual standards with great attention to detail according to global directives
• Troubleshoot and address merchandising concerns as directed by the VP of Visual Merchandising
• Implement window changes (overnight) and floor changes; re-merchandise for product launches and sell‑thru
• Partner with boutique teams to train, support, and uphold visual standards
• Upload store and project photos to the internal VM app for corporate approval and oversee props inventory
• Provide support for store openings, special events, and occasional assistance at other boutiques

Requirements

• 2-3 years of visual display and merchandising experience in luxury or specialty retail
• Strong planning, organization, creativity, and ability to translate design trends to store windows and environments
• Ability to communicate strategically across all levels and develop/train store management teams
• Strong follow-through, ability to work full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, and ability to travel as needed
