Summary
Lead growth and presentation of Ralph Lauren brands within assigned store or territory by building partnerships with wholesale partners and store teams, executing merchandising strategies, and analyzing sales to drive performance and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for brand growth across families of business within store or territory.
- Communicate business performance including sales trends, sell through, AUR, and opportunities to partners and leadership.
- Build and maintain strong account and store partnerships through continuous collaboration and store visits.
- Execute merchandising strategies and floor moves based on seasonal directives and incoming receipts.
- Ensure high standards of store maintenance, inventory processing, pricing, and markdown execution.
- Maintain organized stockroom for effective product replenishment.
- Conduct monthly product and selling seminars to educate and elevate the selling team.
- Support staffing needs including selection and interviewing of candidates.
- Provide coaching on selling and customer engagement techniques to improve regular priced selling.
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience with strong business acumen and numbers driven mindset.
- Highly organized with ability to multitask and execute operational discipline.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills across internal and external partners.
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint and basic photography skills.
- Ability to travel, possibly overnight, based on business needs.
- College degree preferred.
- Motivated, independent, initiative taking with a professional attitude.
- Experience coaching and developing store teams.
