Job Description

Summary

As a Brand Marketing Manager at Ralph Lauren, you will be a strategic partner to the North America Marketing Lead, responsible for executing omnichannel content strategies across digital, email, retail, and wholesale placements. You will ensure that content is optimized for performance and aligns with both global and regional initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end content planning process across all placements including digital, email, retail, and wholesale.
  • Translate content strategy into actionable briefs and roadmaps for seasonal campaigns.
  • Ensure digital and paid media content is optimized for platform performance and audience behavior.
  • Brief and localize global shoots to support North America-specific campaigns and channel needs.
  • Partner with channel marketing leads, creative teams, and business leads to ensure strategic and creative consistency.
  • Lead weekly content reviews to track progress, identify risks, and guide decision-making.
  • Oversee the content calendar to ensure delivery against seasonal priorities and business objectives.
  • Monitor content KPIs and partner with analytics teams to drive performance improvements.
Requirements
  • Experience in content strategy, omnichannel marketing, or digital/retail execution.
  • Ability to create and optimize fit-for-platform content across digital placements.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Agency experience in content production, digital, or retail categories is a plus.
