Job Description

Summary

The Senior Brand Manager – Partnerships at Moët & Chandon is a pivotal role responsible for developing and implementing a consumer-centric brand marketing strategy. This position involves leading the execution of programming and activations across all markets and channels, aligning with the Maison brand strategy and the broader MHUSA Strategy. The role requires collaboration with key stakeholders to build brand desirability and value growth.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Brand Head and stakeholders to define brand strategy and marketing objectives.
  • Lead strategic development and articulation of Moët & Chandon’s Partnerships.
  • Oversee execution of Partnerships to ensure delivery of volume, profit targets, and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Senior Brand Manager – Core Business in management of the brand’s A&P deployment strategy.
  • Support Head of Brand in negotiation or renewal of key Brand Partnerships.
  • Lead cross-functional team to build and deliver full 360 activations plan.
  • Develop and maintain strong, collaborative working relationships internally and externally.
  • Provide marketing thought leadership and brand-specific insights to the team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Marketing degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of brand marketing experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods or U.S. wines and spirits industries.
  • Understanding of brand strategy development in a commercial context.
  • Strong understanding and experience of Brand Partnerships.
  • Possess an elevated taste level and understanding of luxury brand positioning.
  • Strong commercial orientation and understanding of marketing/sales relationship.
  • Strong financial orientation and understanding of P&L management.
  • Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation and analytical skills.
