Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Brand Head and stakeholders to define brand strategy and marketing objectives.
- Lead strategic development and articulation of Moët & Chandon’s Partnerships.
- Oversee execution of Partnerships to ensure delivery of volume, profit targets, and KPIs.
- Collaborate with Senior Brand Manager – Core Business in management of the brand’s A&P deployment strategy.
- Support Head of Brand in negotiation or renewal of key Brand Partnerships.
- Lead cross-functional team to build and deliver full 360 activations plan.
- Develop and maintain strong, collaborative working relationships internally and externally.
- Provide marketing thought leadership and brand-specific insights to the team.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Marketing degree preferred.
- 7+ years of brand marketing experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods or U.S. wines and spirits industries.
- Understanding of brand strategy development in a commercial context.
- Strong understanding and experience of Brand Partnerships.
- Possess an elevated taste level and understanding of luxury brand positioning.
- Strong commercial orientation and understanding of marketing/sales relationship.
- Strong financial orientation and understanding of P&L management.
- Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong presentation and analytical skills.
