Responsibilities- Support the Men’s Marketing Director to drive the Men’s Fragrance strategy and deliver ambitious business targets while protecting brand equity.
- Conduct in-depth business analysis and share insights on Men’s Fragrance sales performance, building action-oriented plans to address challenges or capitalize on positive momentum.
- Develop and maintain competitive intelligence and customer knowledge for the North American Fragrance market to drive competitive leadership.
- Influence and build strong relationships with counterparts in HQ/France to ensure alignment and optimization of global brand strategy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Paris Office teams, Media, PR, Influencer teams, Sales and Education teams, and Visual Merchandising to drive the Men’s Fragrance Business.
- Analyze and recommend pricing for Fragrance programs and assist in the preparation of company price increase recommendations.
Requirements- 4-5+ years of pertinent experience in Product Marketing, preferably in the Beauty & Fragrance industry.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in business analysis.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence cross-functional teams.
- Discretion and judgment in dealing with confidential information and issues.
