Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong brand partnerships, aligning on event strategies, business objectives, target audiences, and success metrics.
- Develop comprehensive event briefs, timelines, and post-event recaps to evaluate results and identify improvements.
- Manage the annual events calendar, ensuring strategic alignment and optimal timing.
- Oversee planning, production, and flawless execution of luxury events, including product launches, VIP dinners, pop-ups, exhibitions, retail activations, and digital experiences.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, accountability, and timely delivery.
- Anticipate and mitigate risks, resolving issues swiftly and effectively.
- Maintain operational excellence by establishing clear roadmaps, milestones, and production updates for stakeholders.
- Oversee end-to-end budgeting, including forecasting, negotiation, and reconciliation.
- Source, vet, and manage vendors to ensure premium service delivery in line with brand standards.
- Identify and implement innovative event concepts, technologies, and formats to elevate guest engagement.
- Share best practices across the organization to enhance process efficiency, creativity, and impact.
Requirements- 5–8 years of experience in luxury event marketing, with expertise in both digital and in-person event production.
- Proven track record managing high-profile events from concept to execution.
- Proficiency with event tools such as Splash, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Keynote, Canva, or Prezi; experience managing social media integrations.
- Skilled in budget preparation, contract negotiation, proposal creation, site inspections, and multi-event program planning.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize, adapt, and execute in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication skills, capable of presenting to and engaging with executives, brand partners, and VIP clients.
- Creative problem-solving skills with a growth mindset and willingness to explore new ideas.
- Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
