Summary

The busser is responsible for supporting restaurant operations by quickly clearing and resetting tables, transporting dishes to the kitchen, and assisting with setup cleanup prep work and equipment maintenance while providing professional customer service in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Quickly and efficiently clear restaurant tables
• Carry large loads of dishes to kitchen for washing
• Support setup and cleanup of dining areas
• Assist with food prep tasks as needed
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and cleaning
• Maintain clear communication with servers and kitchen staff
• Adhere to health and safety regulations

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in food service or hospitality preferred
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
• Able to thrive in a fast paced environment
• Willingness to work a flexible and variable schedule
• Food handlers card where required by local and state regulations
