Summary
Responsible for directing the movement of all merchandise entering and exiting the store and ensuring shipping and receiving policies and procedures are implemented. Support inventory maintenance, packaging, deliveries and store operations while partnering with management to replenish sold out styles and maintain store presentation. Act as the primary point for client deliveries and troubleshoot missing or delayed shipments.
Responsibilities
- Maintain inventory in an efficient, clean, secure and organized fashion
- Manage and process inter store transfers stock rotations and incoming outgoing shipments per policies
- Support sales staff by retrieving merchandise not on the sales floor
- Maintain packaging levels order replenishments and ensure merchandise is ticketed
- Participate in inventories cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Document client deliveries track and locate merchandise and follow up on shipping or alteration issues
- Support visual merchandising operations including moving and storing fixtures furniture and props
- Assist with facility and fixture maintenance coordinating cleaning and repair when required
- Support general housekeeping and store image maintenance
Requirements
- Experience handling retail inventory shipping and receiving operations
- Ability to accurately complete paperwork for damages RTVs and inventory maintenance
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills to manage space storage and replenishment needs
- Capability to assist with physical tasks including moving fixtures and merchandise
- Attention to detail for packaging ticketing and delivery documentation
- Ability to partner with management and support sales and visual teams as needed
- Customer focused with ability to represent brand values when assisting clients
- Availability to work in store hours and support timely deliveries
