Job Description

Summary

The CRM & Go-To-Market Director at Loro Piana will be responsible for developing and implementing the North America CRM strategy and Go-To-Market calendar. This role involves collaboration with corporate Retail, Merchandising, CRM, and VIC teams to support business priorities and opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Support the VP of Retail and Corporate Retail team with thorough and actionable analyses to drive business priorities.
  • Collaborate with the Director of VIC to provide analyses to achieve VIC targets and strategy.
  • Adapt and improve clienteling best practices within the retail network.
  • Lead CRM initiatives from requirement definition to deployment and performance analysis.
  • Drive key KPIs around client acquisition, migration, and retention.
  • Lead the Go-To-Market Strategy, including building briefs for key launches to ensure seamless execution across corporate teams and retail.
  • Create and update the Go-To-Market calendar focusing on major brand moments and high traffic drivers in each market.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and high level of precision.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Curious, self-motivated thinker with a problem-solving attitude.
  • More than 8 years of work experience, preferably in luxury or retail.
  • Master’s degree with a focus on quantitative fields (statistics, economics, or data science) preferred.
