- Develop and implement client development strategies in collaboration with corporate teams.
- Review client segmentation and measure progress through client visits and spending.
- Collaborate with auxiliary services to ensure consistent client experiences.
- Conduct regular meetings with the selling team to identify client needs and opportunities.
- Partner with the Talent Development team to create training modules.
- Manage and coordinate exceptional client experiences locally and internationally.
- Analyze customer data to identify growth opportunities and support sales growth.
- Monitor and coach to improve Client Capture rate and data quality.
- Expand client outreach programs for special occasions.
Requirements- 10+ years of experience in clienteling and sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proven leadership and Director-level experience.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Experience in managing luxury clientele and high-volume service-focused business.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of French language is helpful.
