Private Client Relations Director

The Private Client Relations Director at Loro Piana will lead the Private Client Relations strategy for the North America Region. This role involves nurturing and developing relationships with existing VIC clients while identifying opportunities to engage new VICs and High Potentials. The position requires collaboration with the Corporate CRM, Retail team, and store network to achieve strategic goals.

• Partner with Corporate Retail team to set VIC targets for the region and stores.
• Develop and adapt the VIC strategy for North America to meet targets.
• Collaborate with stores to create tailored action plans for achieving VIC targets and KPIs.
• Work with stores to develop plans for underperforming guests and High Potentials.
• Instill a VIC-centric mentality in stores and support client treatment and hospitality.
• Identify and select VICs for various initiatives including events and experiences.
• Organize all VIC initiatives including events, client experiences, and logistics.
• Manage VIC delighting and gifting experiences.
• Partner with HQ Private Client Relations Team to validate and execute initiatives.

• 10+ years of experience in luxury client experience or retail.
• Personable, outgoing, and comfortable in client-facing roles.
• Excellent presentation, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of precision.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving attitude.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
