Cash Office Manager - Maison Madison Flagship

As a Cash Office Manager at Maison Madison Flagship, you will lead the Selling and Service Assistants in delivering efficient and accurate transactions while providing exceptional customer service in a luxury retail environment. You will collaborate with the store team and Corporate Finance to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Coach and manage Selling and Service Assistants to support store needs.
• Resolve POS-related questions and ensure adherence to cash transaction procedures.
• Manage Cash Office functions including deposits, remittance, and audits.
• Conduct weekly cash audits and follow up on discrepancies.
• Communicate policy updates and ensure technical equipment is operational.
• Create team schedules and assist with annual reviews.

• 1-3 years of experience in Cash Office operations, preferably in retail.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. without assistance.
