Cashier

Summary

The Cashier supports boutique operations by processing transactions and performing administrative duties for front- and back-of-house functions. The role delivers excellent service to clients and colleagues while upholding boutique standards.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions accurately and prepare cash stations with necessary supplies.
• Prepare packaging and assist with gift wrapping.
• Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and relay client messages promptly.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, boutique management, and Head Office while maintaining confidentiality.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience; retail operations or phone service experience is an asset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends.
• Fluency in English; French or another language is an asset.
