Celebrity & Entertainment Manager

Summary

The Celebrity & Entertainment Manager builds and maintains relationships with celebrities, talent agencies, stylists, and internal teams. This role supports talent strategy, campaigns, events, and corporate initiatives across North America.

Responsibilities

• Work with North America and headquarters teams to identify talent for events and campaigns while supporting brand image and desirability.
• Collaborate with the Director on talent ambassador and project contract agreements and negotiations.
• Partner with internal teams on celebrity-related projects and event requests.
• Liaise with internal and external partners on corporate initiatives, including the Venice Film Festival, Cartier Women's Initiative, and arts and culture activations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 5 years of celebrity or public relations experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work late nights and weekends.
