Summary
We are seeking a Client Advisor to join our dynamic team at Saks New York, contributing to our brand's global outlook and innovative craftsmanship. This role will report to the Store Manager and play a key role in achieving sales goals and KPIs through client outreach and relationship building.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach, appointments, and consignments
- Inform clients of new collection deliveries, in-store events, and brand initiatives
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and other selling techniques to maximize transactions
- Establish and nurture relationships with clients, maintaining client profile records
- Seek and receive feedback to maintain a learning attitude
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge on all collections
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, maintain visual standards
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Maintain a respectful work environment
Requirements
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service related field, luxury environment preferred
- Ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs
- Build and maintain a loyal client following
- Interest in fashion and industry trends
- Strong work ethic, leadership skills, high energy level, and team-oriented
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Polished and well-groomed appearance
- Mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
- Availability for closing shifts, weekends, annual inventory, and holiday season
- Ability to climb a ladder and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs.
