Summary
Serve as a luxury brand ambassador delivering exceptional in-store experiences, building client relationships, and driving individual and team sales while representing brand values. The role emphasizes personalized service, client data capture, omnichannel engagement, and maintaining high visual and operational standards.
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment and provide excellence in customer service following the client journey ceremony
- Capture customer data into CRM to develop personalized relationships and future opportunities
- Promote an omnichannel mindset and engage in cross selling to maximize sales and meet KPIs
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure consistent exceptional client experiences
- Maintain up-to-date brand and product knowledge and monitor fashion trends and competitors
- Handle customer complaints appropriately, escalating to line manager when necessary
- Ensure shop floor and visual displays meet company operational guidelines and stock procedures
- Contribute to loss prevention and maintain a high level of security
Requirements
- Passion for selling and retail store environments
- Proven experience building long-lasting client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ambition, resilience, self-motivation, and result driven problem solving
- Passion and knowledge of the product category
- English required; additional languages a plus
