Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients, listen to needs and provide personalised service
- Drive sales by proactively seizing cross selling opportunities across product categories
- Maintain and develop client relationships using CRM and digital tools
- Achieve individual KPIs and contribute to store financial targets
- Uphold shopfloor standards, visual merchandising and stock procedures
- Participate in clienteling initiatives and store promotional activities
- Collaborate with team members and promote a positive working environment
- Follow company grooming and operational guidelines and report as required
- Perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders and lifting light packages
Requirements
- Proven experience in fashion retail or customer service roles
- Strong selling skills with ability to overcome objections and meet KPIs
- Client centric approach with interest in luxury fashion and market trends
- Good verbal and written communication and team player mentality
- Ability to use digital retail tools and CRM
- Able to work in a fast paced dynamic environment
- Willingness to be mobile for extended periods and perform light lifting
