Summary
The Client Advisor will build and maintain luxury client relationships at the Bal Harbour boutique, delivering personalized service while achieving sales and KPI targets. This role represents the brand through deep product knowledge, excellent customer engagement, and contribution to store presentation and operations.
Responsibilities
- Meet or surpass monthly and yearly sales objectives.
- Provide outstanding personalized customer service and build enduring client relationships.
- Use CRM tools to record customer data and maintain an accurate client book.
- Promote store events via email, phone, and personalized notes and follow up on sales and inquiries.
- Support visual presentation and uphold brand image standards on the sales floor.
- Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom per company policy.
- Assist with shipping receiving and inventory control as requested.
- Address client-related issues including shipping and alterations promptly.
- Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues to enhance the workplace.
Requirements
- Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment.
- Proven track record of exceeding individual and store targets.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through.
- Team oriented with a collaborative mindset and adaptability in a fast paced environment.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays.
- Ability to learn and demonstrate deep knowledge of products and brand heritage.
