Client Advisor - Bal Harbour

Summary

We are seeking Part Time and Full Time Client Advisors for our new Bal Harbour freestanding location to deliver exceptional, personalized service and build lasting client relationships. The Client Advisor will represent the brand, drive sales through tailored client engagement, and use in-house clienteling tools to maintain ongoing client contact. This role thrives in a fast-paced luxury retail environment focused on excellence and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experiences by understanding and fulfilling client needs and preferences.
• Represent the brand with passion and professionalism during all client interactions.
• Achieve individual and team sales objectives through effective engagement and relationship building.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge across categories to provide informed advice.

Requirements

• Previous retail experience, preferably in a high-end or luxury market, or strong customer-centric background.
