Client Advisor - Bal Harbour Shops

Summary

Join the sales team for the Bal Harbour Shops new store opening to represent CELINE and its leather-goods collections. The Client Advisor will drive individual and store sales through product expertise, clienteling, and personalized follow-up. This role supports store operations including shipping, receiving, and maintaining the store image.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
• Use product knowledge to maximize sales, units per transaction, and average transaction value.
• Capture and maintain customer information and grow a personal client book.
• Promote store events via email, phone, and personalized notes and follow up on client needs.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, alterations, inventory control, and general store housekeeping.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
• Candidates with existing client books strongly preferred.
• Computer literate and tech savvy with ability to learn various software programs.
• Service-oriented with strong customer focus and passion for luxury product and design.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; foreign languages a plus.
