The Client Advisor provides exceptional luxury service by meeting individual client needs and representing the brand through a branded client experience. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, building lasting client relationships, and maintaining store presentation and security standards in a fast paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals
- Deliver exceptional customer service and follow the Gucci selling ceremony
- Drive and exceed individual KPI goals and quality of sales
- Capture and maintain accurate customer data using company CRM tools
- Maintain an active and organized client book with regular follow up
- Advise clients on fashion trends and luxury product knowledge
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a consistent customer experience
- Maintain store security standards and visual merchandising according to brand guidelines
- Manage understock and stock room organization and adhere to brand image standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 3+ years of luxury fashion sales or similar customer service experience
- Proven ability to drive sales results and build customer relationships
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and multitasking ability
- Strong organization, follow up skills, and attention to detail
- Team focused with a collaborative mindset
- Ability to work in a fast moving and dynamic environment
- High flexibility to adapt to different customers and situations
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
