Summary

Temporary Client Advisor responsible for driving individual and store sales through exceptional clienteling and product knowledge at the Crystals location. The role focuses on building and maintaining a client book, promoting store events, supporting store operations, and ensuring a premium in-store experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
• Use product knowledge to maximize sales, units per transaction, and transaction value
• Capture and maintain relevant customer information in the database
• Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes
• Maintain and expand a client book and follow up with clients
• Assist with shipping, receiving, alterations, and inventory control as requested
• Support general housekeeping and maintain the store image
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail setting with a focus on sales
• Experience preferably in a luxury retail environment
• Business school, university degree, or equivalent experience
• Computer literate and able to learn various software packages
• Clienteling skills and preference for candidates with client books
• Service oriented with strong customer focus
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Foreign languages a plus
