Client Advisor

As a Client Advisor at Bottega Veneta in Atlanta, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in a luxury retail environment. You will work closely with the Store Manager and team to achieve sales goals and maintain the brand's high standards.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach and developing new client relationships.
• Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and selling techniques to maximize transactions and improve KPIs.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, maintaining detailed client profile records.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge on all collections through continuous learning and training.
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cycle counts and maintaining visual standards.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures, ensuring a respectful and fair environment for all associates.

• 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
• Strong interest in fashion and industry trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Polished appearance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to be mobile on the sales floor and lift packages regularly.
