Client Advisor responsible for delivering luxury retail sales and exceptional client service in a Dallas store. The role focuses on achieving monthly sales goals through client outreach, appointments, and in-store initiatives while maintaining product knowledge and store standards.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and key performance indicators through client outreach and appointments
- Utilize client journey and selling techniques to maximize transactions and close sales
- Develop and maintain strong relationships and client profile records
- Inform clients about new collections, events, and brand initiatives
- Support store opening and closing procedures including cycle counts and light cleaning
- Maintain visual merchandising standards including presentation and signage
- Continuously build product knowledge through provided training resources
- Receive and act on feedback from colleagues and management
- Ensure a respectful and inclusive environment for colleagues
Requirements
- 1-2 years of retail sales or customer service experience, luxury experience preferred
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Polished and well groomed appearance and team oriented attitude
- Available to work closing shifts, minimum three Saturdays and two Sundays per month
- Available for annual inventory and holiday season work
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
- Ability to climb a ladder and lift packages of 5-8 lbs regularly
