Seeking a Client Advisor to support the Store Manager in Palm Beach by driving sales through client outreach, appointments and in-store initiatives while maintaining product knowledge and visual standards. Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and key performance indicators through client outreach and appointments
- Utilize client journey and selling techniques including cross-selling and upselling to maximize transaction value
- Develop new clients and maintain client profile records
- Inform clients of new collection deliveries and in-store events
- Maintain high level of product knowledge through training resources
- Assist with basic store opening and closing procedures and cycle counts
- Maintain visual standards such as merchandise presentation and signage
- Contribute to a respectful and collaborative store environment
- Perform light maintenance tasks and follow company policies
Requirements
- 1-2 years of retail sales or customer service experience preferably in luxury
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Polished and well groomed appearance
- Ability to build and maintain a loyal client following
- Available to work specified closing shifts including weekends and holiday season
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
- Ability to climb a ladder and lift small packages regularly
