Summary

Client Advisor responsible for cultivating client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement. Role requires in-store and digital selling using store technology to outreach and service clients, reporting to the Sales Manager. Position is onsite at the specified store location.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients through personalized service and styling.
• Demonstrate expert product knowledge and styling ability for handbags and fashion.
• Use digital tools and social media to engage clients and drive traffic.
• Utilize omni-channel and fleetwide inventory and store technology to sell.
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals.
• Strategize outreach and business development to increase productivity.
• Create a collaborative and positive work environment with team members.

Requirements

• Experience in fashion retail and styling.
• Experience with commission sales and meeting sales goals.
• Comfortable using technology and digital selling tools.
• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Flexible work schedule including in-store and digital client interactions.
