Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual cosmetic and event sales goals
• Provide a dynamic service presence and personalized consultations
• Demonstrate professional make up and treatment application
• Use online clienteling tools to record and maintain client information
• Actively participate on social media to grow personal brand and business
• Cross sell beyond a single line to increase basket size
• Proactively offer in store services to enhance the client experience
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming counter space
• Perform ad hoc responsibilities as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year retail experience within the beauty industry
• Proven sales experience achieving or exceeding goals
• Ability to learn and use online clienteling tools and software
• Comfortable using social media and technology for business growth
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to ask appropriate questions to identify client needs
• Professional presentation and client service orientation
