Responsibilities
- Provide a personalized luxury experience tailored to each client.
- Execute the brand selling ceremony and convey heritage and craftsmanship.
- Proactively meet and exceed individual and boutique sales targets.
- Build and nurture long term client relationships and expand clientele through outreach.
- Utilize CRM tools and data driven insights to track and engage clients.
- Represent the brand at private client events and in store activations.
- Maintain boutique standards including visual merchandising and inventory support.
- Support opening and closing procedures and boutique readiness.
Requirements
- Proven success in luxury retail with a record of meeting sales targets.
- Experience engaging high net worth clients and handling sophisticated sales interactions.
- Strong storytelling and product knowledge about craftsmanship and brand heritage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, confident and adaptable with diverse clientele.
- Proactive and results driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Proficiency with CRM software and digital clienteling tools.
- Multilingual ability is a plus.
