Summary
Provide outstanding customer service and exceed assigned sales goals by building meaningful client relationships and tailoring the in-store experience. Use clienteling tools and maintain client books while representing the brand with professional appearance and conduct.
Responsibilities
- Achieve client advisor metrics and CRM requirements
- Meet or exceed store category and individual sales goals
- Build and maintain client books and follow through on client inquiries
- Assist with special requests including repairs special orders and returns
- Use POS and update customer database accurately
- Participate in stocking restocking and regular store maintenance
- Assist in maintaining visual standards with direction from visual merchandising and management
- Participate in training of new client advisors and monthly team meetings
- Adhere to loss prevention health and safety and store policies
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience luxury retail preferred
- High school diploma minimum
- Strong drive for results and goal oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use POS and inventory management functions
- Organizational skills and strong digital literacy
- Flexible availability including some nights weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 10lbs
- Foreign language skills are a plus
