The Client Advisor is the primary point of contact for clients, delivering personalized luxury service and driving sales while upholding brand standards. This role focuses on building client relationships, offering styling advice, and ensuring an exceptional in-store experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients with a warm professional approach
• Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice
• Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling strategies
• Develop and maintain a client book and engage through follow ups
• Manage transactions and POS system operations efficiently
• Support inventory management and stock replenishment
• Participate in visual merchandising and ensure store presentation
• Anticipate client needs and proactively offer recommendations
• Stay updated on brand history and new collections

Requirements

• Previous retail experience in fashion jewelry or lifestyle brands
• Strong interpersonal and storytelling communication skills
• Sales driven mindset with ability to meet targets
