The Client Advisor is the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional personalized service and styling guidance to drive sales and foster loyalty while representing the brand’s luxury standards. This role involves building a client book, maintaining store presentation, and supporting both sales floor and back-office activities.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients with a warm and professional approach
- Provide expert product knowledge and personalized styling advice
- Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Develop and maintain a client book and conduct follow ups and invitations
- Anticipate client needs and offer tailored recommendations
- Ensure store presentation and merchandising align with brand guidelines
- Process transactions and operate the POS system efficiently
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and product care
- Support back office tasks and participate in visual merchandising
Requirements
- Previous retail experience in fashion jewelry or lifestyle brands
- Strong interpersonal and storytelling communication skills
- Proven sales driven mindset with ability to meet targets
- Customer centric approach with focus on personalized service
- Cultural awareness to engage an international clientele
- Team player comfortable in a dynamic store environment
- Flexible availability including weekends holidays and varied shifts
- Multilingual skills preferred
