Summary
Provide exceptional client service as a Chloe Stylist, acting as an ambassador of the Maison and building long term relationships while supporting store sales and operations. Deliver personalised clienteling, contribute to omnichannel sales efforts, and maintain a luxurious store environment under the direction of the Boutique Director.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and advise clients to build long term relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
- Engage with CRM targets and execute personalised reach out campaigns using clienteling tools
- Capture client data and maintain qualitative notes on portfolio customers including VVICs and VICs
- Use omnichannel services to grow sales and meet store and individual KPI targets
- Participate in trainings and commercial activities set by store management and head office
- Support after sales clients and follow up to ensure high quality after sales service
- Maintain impeccable store presentation, back of house organization, and professional grooming
- Report structural or operational issues to store management and assist with inventories and store standards
- Perform other tasks and duties as requested by manager
Requirements
- Customer focused with strong relationship building and clienteling skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and ability to meet CRM targets
- Experience in omnichannel retail sales and meeting KPI driven targets
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with clients and colleagues
- Attention to detail in store presentation and operational standards
- Ability to participate in trainings and commercial initiatives
- Reliable and adaptable to perform additional duties as requested
