- Resolve customer issues professionally and empathetically via phone, email, social media, and written correspondence.
- Escalate unresolved customer issues to the appropriate supervisor for satisfactory resolution.
- Ensure all customer communications align with company policies and processes.
- Demonstrate brand awareness and product knowledge in customer communications.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs, including case management, sales targets, quality assurance, productivity, and schedule adherence.
- Recommend innovative solutions to customer concerns and share successful strategies within the team.
- Accurately enter information into the database and initiate updates as needed.
- Develop strong working relationships within the company network.
- Perform outbound contacts for sales and client issue resolution.
- Collaborate with the entire Client Services Center team.
Requirements- 3+ years of experience in luxury customer service, preferably in retail, luxury retail, hotel, or concierge businesses.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong sales negotiation skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Highly motivated, energetic, and an inspirational team player.
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing tasks.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; proficiency in French and Mandarin is ideal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
