Deliver exceptional client experiences as a Client Advisor at the Crystals location, embodying the brand through outstanding service, communication, and an entrepreneurial approach to building client relationships and achieving sales targets. Use clienteling techniques and product knowledge to deepen client loyalty and drive repeat business while maintaining professionalism and flexibility in scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized service and create memorable in store experiences for each client
• Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling and data capture
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Convert clients through discovery and product knowledge during appointments
• Drive sales through key product pillars and cultivate repeat business
• Use point of sale and client tracking systems to manage transactions and client information
• Leverage client feedback and NPS insights to enhance the in store experience
• Maintain professionalism while working days nights weekends and holidays

Requirements

• Experience in retail luxury retail or relevant client facing roles such as hospitality
• Proven track record of achieving commercial results
• Ability to connect with a diverse client base and build relationships
• Proficiency with POS systems client tracking tools and email software
• Mandarin speaking ability
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Flexibility to work non traditional hours including weekends and holidays
